Arjun Vishwanth

Maryam Noorzad is a Toronto-based legal professional whose academic and practical background reflects a strong commitment to corporate, compliance, and litigation-related work. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham, has obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation, and is currently a Law Practice Program candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University. Her experience at North America Construction (1993) Ltd. spans progressive legal and administrative roles, where she has worked on contract review, corporate records, compliance initiatives, discovery preparation, insurance and surety claims, and landlord-tenant matters. Her background is further strengthened by pro bono legal research in environmental law, as well as her membership in the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers’ Association.
