Biography

 

Arjun Vishwanth is a seasoned litigator and Partner at VK Law Group, focusing on civil litigation and transportation law. In addition to his litigation practice, Arjun plays a pivotal role in mentoring the firm's articling students, particularly in the areas of transportation law, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

Arjun regularly advises transportation companies and corporations on a wide range of matters, including regulatory compliance with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), the US Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). His expertise extends to CBP and CBSA matters, corporate structuring, employment law, insurance renewal and compliance, and complex financing transactions.

Arjun routinely appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court of Ontario on complex civil litigation matters. He has also successfully represented clients before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and Licensing Appeal Tribunals.
