Leena Leva Kumar is an experienced litigator in the areas of civil, corporate, tax, small business, and family law.
She was awarded her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College at Bangalore University, where she graduated first class and was awarded a gold medal in intellectual property.
Leena regularly advises her clients on complex corporate, civil, and tax matters, and regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice to litigate matters of all kinds.
Her family law experience is also extensive. Leena regularly handles family law files in which there are issues of substance abuse, domestic violence, and in which one party resides outside of Ontario or internationally.
She is a hands on partner at the firm and a strong mentor to the firm’s articling students, particularly in the areas of tax law, civil litigation, and family law.
